'Made in USA' right here in Brattleboro, VT from red-stained birch and maple, the American Traders Baby Sled features a comfortable, curved back support and is a perfect way to introduce young children to outdoor winter fun.  A wooden swivel-handle system gives the puller complete control of the sled even over rough terrain. Our larger sled, (unfortunately not available this year) the Double Baby Sled is fitted with a rope pull system and will hold two children. The Baby sled can also be special ordered with rope pull.

The Childs's sled is similar to the Baby Sled and ideally suited to be a pull sled for the slightly older child. It comes with a red stained breast plate, two side handles and a pull rope rather than a handle.

Finished in a durable clear varnish, these sleds will last to become family heirlooms.
