Larry Antonuk
Larry Antonuk has created some of the classic flies of the 19th century, when fly-tying was an ornamental art used to show off the skill of the tier. He began tying walleye jigs in Northern Wisconsin when he was 12, mainly to support his father’s walleye fishing habit, but he quickly moved to trout and then salmon flies. In 2000, while living in Nottingham, England, he joined the Fly Dresser`s Guild and was awarded the 2001 Fly Dresser of the Year award.
